Before the call
Send the project deck, representative screen grabs, total footage volume and production hours, and the list of professionals and vendors already hired for post — editor, colourist, sound designer, composer — plus any deadlines already set.
45-min call
A working session where you walk me through the project. You ask questions, I ask questions. We leave with a shared vision of what the project needs and where to start.
Deliverables within 5 business days
Detailed post-production calendar with all phases, dates and team dependencies; a clear phase-by-phase strategy; and a responsibilities document with each team member's role and expected deliverables.
