Katharina Benjamim is a Brazilian filmmaker and producer whose work spans film, television, and live events across the UK, United States, France, Brazil, Monaco, and Canada.

She built her foundation in the creative and costume departments on major productions — including Netflix's The Crown and The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, and Walt Disney Pictures' Maleficent: Mistress of Evil — developing a visual sensibility that now defines her approach as a producer and director.

Through OCA Productions, with partners in Los Angeles and Toronto, Katharina develops independent and international projects centered on psychological themes, cultural identity, and underrepresented voices. Her producing credits include Won't Be Displaced (USA Pavilion, Cannes Film Festival), Arquivo Doc (Official Selection, São Paulo Film Festival), Party Princess (Premiere, LALIFF), and Mindscapes, a psychological horror series introduced to industry audiences during TIFF. Her current feature documentary, No Life on Mars — nominated for Best Documentary at the Cannes Film Awards — follows displaced Sudanese individuals rebuilding their lives across multiple countries.

Alongside her screen work, Katharina leads international live and hybrid productions, most notably as Head of Production for the Metaverse Entertainment World Summit & Awards in Monte-Carlo. Her career bridges studio expertise and independent storytelling, with a consistent focus on cinematic craft, cultural relevance, and global collaboration.
